About Islander Properties

Islander Properties, Inc is a Real Estate Company in Placida, FL who specializes in Vacation Rentals and For Sale properties on Don Pedro Island.  They do not work with properties not located on the island.  Thier primary concerns were keeping the same look and feel of their old site while doing what was needed to make the new site mobile friendly and meet ADA/WCAG requirements.

 

Project Overview

• Create a new modern site for IslanderProperties.com
• Include live listings from 2 separate sources:
  • Stellar MLS and
  • Virtual Resort Manager for vacation properties
• Mimic the look and functionality of the current site a closely as possible.
• Redesign site to meet ADA/WCAG requirements.
• Make it mobile friendly.
• Only use For Sale listings found on Don Pedro Island.  Ignore all others.
• General content to be maintained using Umbraco CMS
